    Hello HAMBers in Nebraska !!
We are trying to get info on a full fender '32 3 window built by Tom Meers of the Philadelphia Modifiers in the early '60s. It originally had a big Olds but was changed to Chevy power in the 90s. If anyone owns this car or knows who does please PM with any leads. A story on this car is being put together and it would be nice to include the current owner.
    Thanks!

That's pretty vague... Do you have any other info? Possibly the current color?
I know of one that runs around Omaha that has a wicked small block in it. It's a very cool car - chopped, low, yellow with black scallops.

  4. I have a deuce 3 window that I bought in 1974. It had a big Olds and a Hydro in it when I bought it. I think it came to Amarillo, Texas via New Mexico. I have two color slides of it from 1962. What color was it?

    Malcolm.
Thanks for the lead. I just spoke with Tom and it WAS painted yellow w/black scallops, very low with 14" wheels on the front that were red steelies. Had the "Bonneville Kid" on the door. Rubber boards, 32 bumpers, 4 bar, jag rear. These mods were done after he sold it.
If we can get a phone number from someone that would be Great! I will post pictures of the car in the Sixties at some of the East Coast Armory Shows as soon as I can.
This was a bad ass street racer in the Day.

Yep - That's exactly the car I was thinking of!! Thanks for the link - did you just stumble across it, or do you know the owner? If not, I will get the owners name to you, McBay, and hopefully a phone number...

Stumbled across it. I have a time consuming habit of searching all the cars for sale, everywhere on the net.

The rear end looks like Corvette to me. Vettes used the buggy spring. Jags used coilovers and they also used inboard disc brakes. All this of course could have been changed through the years!!:)

Neat car, but IMHO that yellow/black paint just doesn't go with the red/black interior. The interior would look better with red or black paint.

Here are a couple more current photos from our local World of Wheels show last weekend.

I printed one of the old photos from this thread and set it in front of the car....
