Here are some pictures from my OLD Brookville catalog that may provide some comparison and a source. May be easier/cheaper to start with new metal than to clean and bodywork a cut up one. I'm sure the prices have changed. Compare the footroom on the two floors pictured for the flat firewall vs original. Also wondering if you need to replace your floor in the A, would you be better to cut(?) and install a stock 32 floor so it fits the 32 frame? I wouldn't recommend chroming the firewall.

Thanks! Helpful info! I have the stock subrails and another complete and original roadster set. No floor panels yet. Was planning on making them myself. Just curious, why shouldn't I chrome the firewall?

Hard to maintain that shine over time and then it starts to look bad as rust begins to tarnish it. It will also show any imperfections in the flatness of the panel. They just never looked good........IMHO. I'd use chrome or nickel plated parts on the engine to emphasize the engine.......not too much though. But that's just my taste in what things look good.:)
