Ha guys, looking at that highboy flat black 32 pu I noticed the black 39 and the 32 Vickie those cars belong to a friend of mine by the name of Rusty, He moved back to MO. you guys know him? I've looked at those pics a million times and didn't even catch the other cars.--TV
TV, Man, I was staying at the same B&B as you the weekend of Paso. My car blew a head gasket the Friday of Paso, so it didn't make it, but I was in the newish Chrysler 300. I made the comment to you about how you should've smoked that dude in the flathead 5 window on the freeway. I think your words were..."I didn't want to make him feel bad." Anyway, cool truck. -r
Thanks Randy, you know it's a shame we all don't have hamb shirts or hats, I'm really bumed I didn't get a chance to meet you. The real truth about that A was my wife is scared to death of the pu, and she was yelling at me not to do it. I scared her really good one time, I got on it real hard and banged second gear and it snapped sideways and she's never forgot it, so if shes with me I gotta be a good boy.-TV
That V-12 is nuts...... I personally have never seen one with a blower. That's just the cat's ass if you ask me. It takes that special something that a flathead has and pushes it way past the cool meter. I am really getting some great ideas and filling up my hard drive with the pics just in this post alone.....thanks guys.
ill add another to this post heres a pic of my daily drivere 34 p/u on 32 rails with homemade box. ive always had a soft spot for em

I'd Love to know what happened to this truck.......Bought in 92 for $3400 and drove it everyday!!! The truck was built in a High School Auto Shop Class in 1961!!!
Just finished pulling the motor and trans on my Dad's 35 Chrysler rod and thought I would add my little truck to this thread. True

[ QUOTE ] This one belonged to Bill O'Rourke (RIP). [/ QUOTE ] I've wanted one of these trucks since I was a kid. Bill's truck is the one that relit my fire for owning one. Does anyone know who owns the truck now? Here's my start.
My first one would qualify for historic plates since this picture was taken. It took a while but I finally found its replacement.
50 Fraud has the right taste. I chopped mine 4 inchs, (240lbs. 6.2) bagged it F&R, air, tunes, tilt, leather. Got it featured in R&C. Made the dam thing so nice it was useless to me. Sold it. What I'm saying is keep it simple like the ones in 50s pictures.
