has anyone ever mounted a 32-34 pickup cab on a 35-40 frame? could it be mated together to do a full fenderd pickup? just curious

The word "ABORTION" is the word that comes to mind, and no,it wouldn't be mated together to run fenders.

Do it right or throw your work and money at something you'd be embarr***ed to will to your kids.

'35 to '40 Ford frames are much wider than a '32-'34 ... memory says almost 2" per side... dashes are about 4" wider... frame has a 2"plus rise from the cowl toward the front x member, may have to chop your grill and trim your hood sides ?
where '32 fenders bolt to the frame top they are almost flat with a slight rise toward the front... '33-'34 fenders / frame have a 2" or so arch built into them...
'35-'40 ch***is had the front axle moved back behind the x member which may change its arch...
you could replace the front and rear crossmembers with model As and rework the x members and then slide the rails closer together so they match the firewall measurements of your cab...
    .
    .......think petejoe has it right...
a '32 wheelbase is 106", '33-'34 wheelbase is 112"... similar measurements from the cab forward so ... IMO. the '33-'34 box can be a little worktruck looking...
    decide now before you buy...
    ... good luck, have fun...
