Hey, can someone out there tell me what interior door and window crank handles my car should have.
I own a '32 3W coupe (body number 260). Is my car supposed to have "long point" door handles and window cranks or the standard kinda round end handles?

Long point and marbled knobs for the window cranks.

    Any pictures of your restoration?

  4. IMG_9859.jpg Be sure to check EBAY for the long pointed handles, someone is starting to manufacture them. Attached is a picture of a handle that I have that was manufactured several years ago. The same handles are also correct for early vehicles.

I can’t remember the name of the firm that sells them, but I do know they are not producing long point window cranks. At least not yet.

  6. I thought I saw the long pointed window cranks in the recent past but it may have been my imagination. I don't need any so I was not paying that much attention. Here is a link to the door handles: https://www.ebay.com/itm/INTERIOR-D...ash=item4201545a56:g:2mMAAOSw1chc4Zps&vxp=mtr You used to be able to get them in aluminum from MEC.

  7. Glad to know that I am not losing it when I remember seeing the pointed window cranks. Here are the window cranks I was looking at. They say this is the last pair but I would ***ume they will make more. Note that the deluxe cars had plastic knobs and the standard cars had chrome. The plastic knobs used to be available. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1932-Ford-...ash=item5d8a6c38af:g:W7IAAOSwn-RcvnkN&vxp=mtr

Attached is a picture from their EBAY listing.

I was digging in a long forgotten drawer the other day and ran across a pair of early (pointed) window handles. I can't remember where I got them. They have cracks on the square mounting end, so I bet they wouldn't be usable again. But I like to collect early 32 parts.
