I live in the mountains northeast of bakersfield ca.i am getting a little long in the tooth, but still enjoy building and driving street rods. I just got my model t on the road.i built first rod in 1957, after a tour in the airforce,a 28 model a roadster with a 56 nail head. We called them hot rods then, very basic, but pure fun. No pics of first rods but here are the last two.
Welcome to the gang. A word of caution....NEVER mention rat rods here. They are the equivelant to shitboxes. Just that name alone will cause you much grief. Build a no-frills jalopy, but not a rat rod. There is a BIG difference.
