In my 32 5 window I have a 72 ford master cylinder which has a 1" bore. While it stops fine I would
like an easier brake pedal. Leverage is the max I can get so I am thinking about resleeving the cylinder to a smaller diameter to give a better pedal. I am unsure how small to go has any one done a similar excercise? Front brakes are 56 F100 rears are Ford 9". Thanks.

Get the MC with the 7/8" bore and switch it out. Which side are the ports on your MC?

Check that you don't run out of pedal travel before fully stroking the M/C with a smaller bore, and loosing the dual system safety advantage.
