I like your center crossmember. In fact I like the whole chassis. It looks like it could have been for a high dollar build in the 50's.

I gotta be honest, I cannot get enough of this chassis, you young man should be very proud of yourself!

Also, way to give props to your club brothers, it's cool to see the strength & unity.

I am a big fan of this deal you got going, I'm gonna try & check out the build thread you mentioned. Please keep up the great work.

    Sincerely,

  8. WOW that looks just like my set up apart from the X member. Nice job.
I am puzzled by your MC set up, can you put a pic of that up, I have already mounted mine but I want to see how you did it.

Very Very Very Nice..... I like the way your exhaust exits the back and the fact you have finished it off in Black. There is something about the look of a Flathead...... Damn Nice.

  13. That is awesome congratulations! What sort of body are you going to be running?

Thanks fellas, much appreciated. This is from about a month ago, but this is what's going on it. I just got the word that the bodywork is done, it's primed, and it's ready for paint. Maybe in color by the end of the week he said...

I'll grab a pic of it today of I get a chance. It's pretty simple, standard method for using stock '32 pedals. Make a bracket that mounts the MC behind/below the Kmember and inline with the brake pedal boss. Cut the actuating arm off the top of the brake pedal boss and reweld it on the bottom so it pushes instead of pulls. Add a 39 and up MC pushrod. Done!

  20. Weld done! Very cool and well executed chassis. So simple, which makes it killer! And you have an e-brake! Nice to see you've done it right.

  21. Looking real good man. Body's gonna be black if I remember correctly?

  22. Thats just what I have done, but I thought I saw a rod in a different spot rather then under the K member.
