Hot Rods '32 Flathead Upper Radiator Hose Set Up

I have the '32 Radiator, where the upper hose connections angle downward.
I have the '46 Flathead, where the upper hose connections are in the center of each head.

I need to set up a couple of short elbow hoses and straight pipe in the center for the Upper Radiator Hose Set Up. Anyone done this and have advice on what Rubber Hose Elbows AND what Straight Pipe to use and where to get it all?
