Oh yeah, hidden in the corner and covered!! But that will be a great ride!! I just sold my "A" and we're building a 32 coupe, too...Andy posted some chassis pics on facebook.
Peter, I would like to see some photos of your build of the 32 coupe. Can you email me some? saum@Hamilton.net
I'll send you a few Dennis, I am just about ready to pull the chassis out of the jig. Btw, She's lookin mighty fine Dennis, can't wait to check it out in person!
Really cool find! I've been off/on my wife's '32 3 window for about 10 years, can wait to finish it! Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
WOW! I got an email from Andy and he tells me it is a 3 window....How cool is that. Can't wait to see some photos of it. You have a great guy doing it for you and I am sure it will turn out great. The way he walks through building cars he will have it done before I have mine done. What do you have in mind for the build style on it? Will it be chopped? motor choice?
Here you go guys....The latest up date on the 3 window build. Check out the mail slot rear window garnish molding....It is so cool I think.... Working on the front windshield frame fitting and next is the top insert. The plan is to make a insert and cover it with hartz cloth to look some what like an original top. Hope you like the progress.
yeah...we are both thrilled!! he does great work and puts a lot of effort in it! We chop it as much as we can 'cause our DMV is strict... gonna have a flathead and T5. Andy will "choose" a style, an early, traditional one!
GREAT NEWS!!!!! She is coming home tomorrow and so there will be up dated photos soon...Stay tuned. Can you tell I am pumped??
I am pumped for you! Lucky your not getting any snow crap like we are tonight/morning. Looking forward to some more pics.
Here you go guys. Got it home and done some mock up to see how the rear wheels fit the wheel wells. Needs to set a little lower in the front but I have the lowest jackstands I have under the front at this time. Hope you like it...
A shot of the garnish moldings Andy made for me and of the dash. I can't see giving 250.00+ for a lighter to put in the center of the dash, and did not want to fill the hole so I took a 1933 V8 coin and made it fit and I think I am going to use it.
Lookin good guys...I'd raise the ass end about 2"-3" if'n it were mine. *disclaimer...all opinions voiced by 3wLarry are not necessarily valid nor condoned by management of this theater. *
What size are the rears? I agree with Larry to some degree but don't think the way the tire currently fills the well is all that it can be. "I need my mirror boy"
