    Very nice HOT ROD...un chopped...looks so good, it seems like it is hardly worth the effort! So many are chopped, it seems like I'm drawn to the un chopped ones.
     
  7. I saw this car in person in Portland. Probably the neatest coupe I have ever seen. Broke my heart. Actually sold the guy a 32 heavy axle too.

    Car was bought by the current owner in 1958. Until the DAY BEFORE these photos were taken, 3 of the 4 tires on the car were the original 1958 tires.

  15. Yup, couverkid. Your axle has found a good home. Follow along on my build thread to see the front end come together. The front horns will be pinched and bobbed "Rolling Doanes" style. It's gonna be killer.

    Hey man, when you say cherry pie sweetness, is that Ed Roth metal flake? Caus he has a color called Cherry Pie and i always wondered what it looked like.

    There was an article on painting this car in R&C a few years back.... not sure if they used Roth Flake or not...........

    I remember when they painted it... If im not mistaken it was heavy silver flake with red candy...

    The one i just bought.Will be either flathead powered or 303 rocket with 37 Buick trans.Unchopped with fenders.
