32 ford chassis frames: TCI Vs. Roadster Shop

    Anyone know the difference between the two? Do the manufacturers stamp any ID or numbers on them that would allow you to identiiy which one is which? When I look at pictures of the two the TCI version appears to use flatter rails in the center section surrounding the trans while the Roadster Shop appears to use rounder rails in their center section. The reason I ask is that I'm not sure which one my rod has. The seller wasn't 100% sure other than to say it was one or the other.

    I have no knowledge of Roadster Shop frames but TCI frames are welded from three pieces of flat plate not pressed rails. TCI frames are very flat on the rails the radius top-side-bottom is very sharp as it is a ground over weld seam.
