I need a stock, original firewall for my 32 3 window somebody put a flat one in years ago.Is there a difference between 3 window and 5 window and roadster etc.? I thought they were all the same because the hoods are the same. Somebody recently told me 3 windows are wider. Thanks in advance.

They all are the same as far as fitting the opening. Their are some differences in early and late but only cosmetic.

The 4cyl and 8cyl were a bit different, but only a few small holes I believe. The 3w body is wider than the 5w, firewall width is the same.

I believe all holes for both engines are in all of them, plus the secret threaded hole for the clutch ***ist that never happened...
Engine related holes get different things routed through them and have different grommets for the different stuff, some small extra holes like the ones for the throttle cross shaft are just ignored and are plugged up to near invisibility by the firewall insulation behind.

Seems like I remember Deuce Roadster saying there were 4 different variations in the 32 firewall with at least 14 minor hole differences between the RHD & LHD versions.

But as Bruce said,,they all fit every 32 body style. HRP

From roadster to coupe, Fordor to phaeton, pickup to one-ton truck, all 32s use the same firewall.

And the holes for both 4cyl and V8s are punched. The sound deadening/insulation blocked the unused holes but the they are still there in the steel.
