I've built a jig from an original '32 frame to assemble reproduction frames using original crossmembers and repro rails. I want to rivet it just like the original. I've compared Model-A and '32 rivet size and have found the '32s are bigger. Anyone know who supplies rivets and the rivet setting tools for '32 frames?

I was hoping I can buy a tool for that from the rivet suppliers. If not I'll have to make one.

    Here's pictures of my jig:

Do some searching on Fordbarn Model A on riveting...seek out posts by Marco. He did a good writeup with pictures, and covers odd shaped bucking bars for unreachable areas.

Hey, are those rivets shot "hot" or at room temp?

I saved this article a while back just in case I ever had a reason to try it.
Think if I did this right you can click on the pages to supersize them....
