32 Ford soft insert install

Merry Christmas everybody. Thinking about installing a soft insert top on my 32 ford 3 window coupe gl*** body. How hard are they to install?

 

Will be watching this thread. We wanted to install a kit type deal in our original bodied 32 3w so grabbed a Julianos. After the fact we found that they are not designed to fit an original body with no tack strip fitted.

 

Sounds like a good time to hook up the chicken wire used for the insert as a radio antenna.

Heck with no upholstery and no top and a rumpty flathead we couldnt hear the rockabilly tunes. We are like two old peas rattling around in a baked bean can.

 

I find that hard to believe.You will have to take me for a ride and prove it

 

LaBarron Bonney has the kit. If you don't have the correct trim you can use hideum welting.

 

I just did a 36 sedan dont know how sim it is but its deff a two man jop. Ill be redoing mine when i can get some help.
