32 ford truck hinge problem

I am trying to remove the hinge from the door on my 32 truck someone previously torched the jamb side of the hinge off in the past. The screws actually came out easily with a screwdriver. The problem I am having is that the hinge is loose in the door but it won't come out. Am I missing something or do I just need to hit it harder?

sounds like its broke in half. the broken part sometimes snag the two different pieces of the hinges....and then yes sometimes heat and a nice punch and a sledge!

 

Thanks for the help I ended up getting it. There is a portrusion on the hinge so i had to push the hinge in and out. Thanks
