Technical 32 frame builders including torque tube x-member?

Hi:
I have a running 1938 Ford truck ch***is that has all the parts I need for a roadster build. I want to retain the torque tube used in the ch***is (fully understanding it will need to be likely modified to fit a 32 frame). I know original unmodified 32 frames likely include a torque tube crossmember, but looking at the new reproduction stuff, I don't see this option available. Can anyone point to a source for frames with the torque tube crossmember installed, or at the very least, someone who can supply an aftermarket addition to weld onto the frame? Thanks. C.
