Hot Rods 32 highboy roadster trade in value=help

I have an opportunity to trade for this roadster. It is not in the normal range I deal in, but seems to be a nice build. Your opinion regarding a fair trade in value is appreciated.

A&F Heritage body, TCI Frame, Pete & Jakes I beam front end, GM performance 350 HO, GM TH350 trans, Ford 8" diff., Viper red/tan interior

without the pics....i'd say in the 20 to 25 range....trade in wise...maybe around 17 or so...
