I loved the bent spoke wires, they would look great on my truck.. Love what you have done with the car though and look forward to seeing it at the Roundup.

I hear ya. The reservoir was left over from the first version of the build. It was originally under the cowl, along with the master cylinders. I'm not a fan of having that stuff inside the car though, not to mention how much of a pain it is to get to under there. While I did try to blend it in by rounding the hard edges and blasting it, it will probably be replaced with something else in the end.

I like the Roto Flos. Did you have to do any restoration work on them? Did you have to replace the goo inside?

I'm not a big Deuce fan, but I am in awe of the craftsmanship you guys put into everything that comes into your shop. Well done!

Thank you for understanding my criticism; I know how hard it can be to guide the customer to make good choices. I understand the budget part, too. What is best about this build is the quality of the work and that you were able to lead the build away from "street rod" and more towards something that we on this board feel is a better vision.

We made it to the Roundup! The car is currently a running, driving, and stopping machine. And it's is a blast to drive! Tons of power from the 392 combined with the skinny, half-slick tires makes for a really fun drive. Now it's time for the final round of fabrication and fine tuning, then off to paint at Gary Howard's and upholstery somewhere else special. See you in LA in January!

Hop Up did a feature of the car in one of their issues. You can see it at hopupmagazine.com
