Hot Rods 32 Roadster Door Check Straps

Building a pair of 32 roadsters and need some black door check straps?

 

Brown ones…use a black permanent marker…it’s black and it’s permanent!

 

I used a black leather belt last time and had planned on doing same on current project.
You can get stainless steel footman loops anywhere (I’m lazy and get on Amazon) and then leather belt and Chicago screws (or rivets) from leather supply store.
Up here in cowboy country, we can get most of the stuff at western tack (saddle) shops.

 

I got something like this for the PU. Black, leather, coachman loops and SS hardware. .
