My wife just bought a digital camera so I thought I would try and post some pictures of a 32 roadster we are building for a customer. It is a brookville body, with a 55 Olds 324. this car has been alot of work I hope you guys like it. Jimmy White circle City Hot Rods P.s. I still need to trim the exhaust a little bit.
That looks great! (Interesting place to route the exhaust). Is the exterior staying like that, or does the customer have something specific in mind?
I have got some more pictures, could some maybe help me upload them I am a complete ***** when it comes to using the computer. It has taken me half a day just to get that one picutre up. I dont know what I am doing wrong with the others. thanks Jimmy White
that's a real nice looking car so far, looks like you are about ready to blow it apart for paint. i'd like to see some more pictures.
dude, I am dying over here I want to post more pictures but I am completely lost. the car is going to go to paint next week. I have a few more details to finish up, that is the first 32 I have ever built. I am really happy with the way it turned out. Jimmy White P.s. the exhaust crosses over from the drivers side under the front of the pan to the p***enger side.
what help do you need to post them? are they under 70kb? just make a reply, and check the box that says " i want to preveiw my post and attach a file....you will then see a box that says browse, click on that.....then find your picture and click on it...hope this helps
that looks nice....i see you used an original `32 firewall and managed to get the motor in without modifing it too much. what are you using for steering? looking at the p***enger side,it seems like it will be a tight fit on the drivers, with the headers and clutch pedal
I have some more pictures, let me know if you want me to post them. I am so excited right now. I have spent half the day trying to figure this out. I hope you guys like the car. Jimmy White
The steering is f-100. mated to 38 ford column and banjo wheel. We utilized the stock column lock from the 38. The steering is a tight fit with the starter, that is why I had to cross the exhaust over to the p***enger side. thanks for the kind comments. We are hoping to have the car done for the lonestar roundup. Jimmy White
That's going to be one super '32. I especially like the fabrication work you've done on it. Lets see some more pics as it goes together for the last time. Frank
very fine, nice work. some more details? what size wheels and tires? what rearend and rear suspension? Paul
The frame is from Squeak Bell of the kiwi connection. The front has a model A crossmember, with 4.50-16 tires. The rear has a crossmember that we made in the shop, with a 40 ford spring, and an early style nine inch. The rear tires are 7.50-16. I am so glad to finally see the car in its finishing stages. I will see if I can find some more pictures to post. thanks Jimmy White P.s. the coupe is in temporary storage until I get to fix a few things on it.
looks good jimmy. but then i am not surprised.what the plan paint wise ?..i know a guy ...hahaha..........how ya been dude.... i gotta get back out there to see ya ....oh yeah i still need a shirt .....i will trade ya one of mine .....call me so we can get together.....talk to you soon man,
Hi Jimmy, looks like you got it all under control with the new camera. I was given one on my birthday ( 1st NOV) and still have,nt touched it.To damn scared i,ll screw the PC up.
Sam, I am still undecided on the color. I am thinking maybe a maroon color, I am still not sure yet. thanks for the compliments. Jimmy White
HEMI/.....Beautiful work and craftmanship.....STUNNING!!!!!!...I wished you live closer to work on my Hemi truck
Super nice piece. The Olds looks great in there, nice fit to the firewall too. What trans and rearend? And did you kick the frame any in the rear. The wheel and tire fit is just right.
