Right, I want one not because of what they are now, I wanted one when I was in JR High school, drawing roadsters on my notebook instead of listening to the teacher, and that was almost 30 years ago, they were scarce then (down here rust gets everything) almost seems like they are easier to find now with the net and all, always just out of reach though, but at least I have a chassis ready to go. If the right body shows up, I'll say bye bye Model A roadster..

Funny Thing...I had an elderly friend who used to have (5) Model A's!

He told me that he started buying them back in the early 1960's when people would sell them for scrap to the wrecking yard that he worked at!

He said that the reason that he ended up with Model A's was because you could buy 'em complete for $75...while the complete Deuces cost $125!

He said that he always wanted to buy a '32, but that he couldn't bring himself to pay the extra $50...so he just ended up with the Model A's!

He said that the Moral of the story was...Even back then everybody really wanted the 1932's!

To tell you the truth, I didn't even much care about Ford Coupes until I bought this one about 5 years ago for $350!
