The dash and the dash rail in the pictures come from Howell's. The end holes in the dash rail match up to the mounting tabs on the cowl. The bottom end holes in the dash match up to the bottom cowl mounting tab. The two inboard holes on the dash don't match up to anything on the cowl. The two inboard holes in the dash rail match up to the two cutouts on the dash. What goes in the cowl where the cutouts are for screws to go in?

Should be easy to remake for less than $36 a pair.
