I have 4 lifters that are not pumping up all the way. #1 exhaust can be compressed with my thumb on the rocker arm. Looking at some of the lifters, some have a pattern right in the center like the picture and others only have a ring towards the outside. Probably two different issues, but I will have the reground cam checked out and install new lifters.
