i was going to go with a black fabric, like i had it and even bought the black material, then i decided it really had to be white like my dad had it. i like it with the black trim strip because it picks up on the "black around white" theme of the tires and interior. next step will be white running board covers, like my dad had, but with a black band.

    thanks moose

he is fast......but not this fast.

    thanks.

Stopped by today. Car looks great. Just a headliner and a few small pieces and Ted will be burning rubber.

today i installed the seat belts, and adjusted hood. i also added a chunk of rubber bumper on the lower side of each hood side so when the hood is open it can rest against the body without scratching it. i also added a piece to the support rod to do the same in the front. The 33 looks great! What are you going to do with your time now that it's near complete?

My vote goes to the V12 Chevy powered Chitty-Chitty Bang Bang clone. Bob

    well, i tried

the wife has a list of honey-do's that has been growing.

i would love to get that project started but there are a few projects ahead of it..........shed floor, driveway, 10 cords of wood, finish landscaping,........all before the snow flies.

What model is this? Look at the small space from the door hinge to the hood and the angle of the rear hood . Is this a Chevy?

If you need someone to drive it and make sure everything is working OK while your busy with the honey-do list  I would be willing to put my list on hold and volunteer to put a few miles on it for you! You know, just trying to be helpful so nothing gets left undone. :D

Looks like a 34 Three Windowe or a 35 standard which are essentially the same style.

It does have Dover Drag Strip history, we need to push him to get it on the show field at Hershey in 2016! Bobby will be finishing all my car projects, he knows a lot more about wiring them than I do. Bob
