33 ford spring perch bolts

I need some advice on a problem i'm having with the spring perch bolts on the front axle of a 33 ford, everything is un bolted but i cant get them out of the axle, is it ok to heat them if so do i heat the bolt or the axle, I'm trying to save the wish bone to be reused, if i heat the wishbone will it make it brittle, any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks
