Set back down, looks about right to me.

It was nice of the guys to let me help cut the top of my car off but when it came time to re-attach Derrek and Jerrod (aka J Rad) are the pros. They do the important work. ;)

Not quite finished but you can get an idea how it will look. :)

I get the "bone head" award for the day. While de-burring with a wire wheel it got away from me and and took a nice piece of skin with it.

    That's all for now.

That thing is going to be bad*** Tim, it makes me want to ditch the 57 custom and find a Model A. Good work dude!

  20. Thanks Glen! You keep it up on the '57. ;)

Hey Tim , you guys move fast. We load up my engine and by the time I get home you have the top chopped. :)

I missed all the fun. Your A is looking as good in person as it is in the pictures, glad I was able to see it.

Looks even better with the lid lowered.

Count yourself lucky with the minor skin damage, I should have showed you my scar in almost the identical location also on my right hand, a zip cutting blade on a mini grinder got me and I had s***ches and almost severed a tendon.

    Looking good.

I always leave a bit of genetics on any project-home or cars. Coming along great, Tim. I'm slowly squeezing a 292 in a '29 Sport Coupe-moved the front x-mem about 2". Did you make your own frame and motor mounts?

Chop looks just right! How much is it? Trying to decide how much to chop my ' 28 Tudor.

  27. Derrek Boling made the ch***is, it's what they do at Boling Brothers http://www.bolingbrothers.com/live/, it's a bit longer than a stock frame and a lot stonger. Look at the pix in the beginning of the thread. <!-- / message --><!-- sig -->
