34 5w body from scraps...(more junk I don't need)

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Kiwi Kev, Aug 22, 2007.

  1. I had a cut down 29 sport coupe body for sale in the H.A.M.B. cl***ifieds and got a trade offer from maktp1967 in Arizona. He had an old shorteneed 34 coupe body that must have once been a jalopy racer. It was very rough all over. I already had some misc' 34 panels (also rough) including a roof piece that would allow me to put this thing back to full size so I agreed to trade. This was made possible by one very cool guy and fellow HAMBer Derek Mitchell who transported the bodies for us, thanks again Derek! Picked it up from Derek Sunday night and worked my *** off cutting and tacking all day Monday so I wouldn't have to look at it the way it was. I like the way it looks now but it is still a very rough shell that needs alot of love. Not sure if I will keep it, trade it or sell it but I plan to make it a little more complete and solid and then I'll probably push it in a corner and work on my real 34 coupe project.

  14. I need a driver side door. The black door came with the car but I only had s****s to use on the driver side' I had enough to figure the opening. Anyone have a coupe or 4 dr sedan driver door, 33 or 34? Here are some more pics.......

Whats the track nose off, it looks remarkedly like the one off the Jim Ewing/Superbell coupe.

Make you want to go out and get me a plastic 34 3W and build me one just like it:D

  20. Track nose was a $100 swap meet score. I think it was made by Poli-Form. It is much rounder than the one on the Ewing coupe. The So Cal 34 roadster salt car has the same nose.
