l am trying to attach my 34 cap to the top of the grill Aftermarket radiator. fill behind the core.
No fill on top of the radiator. I do have the org. filler from the old radiator. copper. My radiator
is aluminum. Does anyone know of a easy way to solve this problem. ( J B weld - glue - ect. ? )
I would like to be able to remove the original cap because I have the dog and the standard 34 cap
    to fit the org grill.

To do what you want to do you will have to adapt a filler neck to your grille .I don't know if the necks are available in alu.The replacement 31 Model radiator necks are available. They are br*** .You will have to somehow mate it to the alu radiator or make a flange to secure it to your grille.
