You must be referring to a 3 window coupe? or roadster? All the rest were metal structures with a wood insert.

Oh I saw your build thread so its a 3 window. Im at work so I cant take any pics right now but its a wood post and wood top post that go around the door. There is a bracket that the wood slides in at the floor and bolts to and then the body nails to it for the most part. I however did not do this. I bought the metal side posts from Don Smart and just used the upper header wood piece. Im sure some people can post some pics. Good Luck.

You can check out fordwoodart.com to see some pics of the wood pieces.

Under no cir***stances attempt to buy anything from Fordwoodart. They'll take your order and give you a promised delivery date then you'll never hear from them again. They became an extremely incompetent company since switching ownership.

WOW WOW!!!! Not one to post displeasures with companies on here, but this one is relevant. I just got screwed by Woodart as well. Building a 32 Panel Truck and I sent Ed my door pillars over 2 months ago. He promised over and over to get them done quickly, then quit answering my calls and emails. He got offended and finally responded saying he'd send me a full refund. I told him I didn't want a refund..I just wanted the work done since they are EXTREMELY rare pieces, and I let it be. Well, just came home tonight and found my original pillar in a box with a lame *** apology letter and a full refund check. What a waste of time.

Update. I found a local pattern shop here in Cincinnati. Called Kohl Patterns. Dropped my B-pillars off on a Wednesday and they were finished TWO DAYS later. Great work, great price. Guess you live and learn. Stay away from Woodart.
