I'm hanging together a '34 pickup on original rails. It's got to have fenders! Will '32 car fenders fit my rails without a lot of work? i have a pair of'33 passenger car ones but that looks awful. I'm open to ideas but it's got to be fullfendered.

The 32 pass and 32 pickup front fenders are the same. The 33-34 pickup is different than the 32 pickup. I have never done the work needed to make them switch but have considered it. When you place a 33-34 fender on a deuce rail there is a space between the rail top and bottom of fener lip in the middle area. 3/4 's of an inch or so. Would be tough to make work but could be done. Would be even more difficult to put 32 fronts on a 33-34 pickup frame. 33-34 pickup fenders are more common and cheaper than the 32 pickup fenders.

The pickup rears will interchange from 32 to 34 with only bolt hole location changes. Used originals are hard to find and usually exspensive.

  4. That hump is to clear the crossmember rivets.
