34 rear Xmember pie cut ?

i need some info on how to flatten a rear cross member 34 ford truck.i need to drop the rear end. running a stock spring, 8 in rear with CE spring brackets.i removed 5 leafs it did not lower it enough.i need 2 or 3 more inches of drop.looking to run fenders so i dont want a tail drager.thanks for any help
