What about a 32 Vicky? Possibly the same?

Maybe try the barn. I had a 32 Vicky years ago and I think i used Tudor and cut the track down to get it to work. Sorry not really any help.

Thanks Manager! Anyone else with knowledge on this topic?

  6. the regulator is the same first and second row as I recall the window channel is different. Henry used as many parts that would interchange as possible to keep costs down. He bought and manufactured in bulk.

  7. What do you mean by first and second row? I have a 34 Vicky(project), and need new channels for both driver's side windows, my regulators are there. Just trying to get more info.

The rows refer to rows of seats. First row - front; Second row - rear and third row as you would find in a seven seater SUV.

Bob Drake has the channels you need for a Vicky. Any chance you could post pics of the second row regulators please?

Anyone else have a Vicky project?

  10. The regulators are still bolted in car. If nothing comes up in the next while, I'll take mine out and snap a picture for you. Won't be in the shop for about a week or so due to work and other commitments though.

All those repo channels are a good place to start, But need to be tweeked to work right. Macs are cheaper than Drakes and they all come from the same Argentina factory. The stop screw and push back post are not in the right spots so it will bind until tweeked. All models use same regulator and different length channels. 35 to 40 rear regulators ( but for opposite side of car, handle front or rear of regulator ) and channels will work.

What did you think are the correct regulators for a 34 Vicki second row Johnboy34?

I know the Vicky is a rare beast but someone will know what I'm trying to uncover here!

  15. Forgot about my offer, but in the shop tonight repairing my old John Deere snowblower for the latest snow storm, and getting a 1980 Kawasaki ke 125 ready to sell(trying to clean out my inventory) I was leaning in the back window of the Vicky when the light bulb came on. I have the regulator out. I'll take some pictures. What do you need to look at specifically, and do you need measurements from anything?

I haven't been back in a while, maybe Algoma56 will post his picture so we will both know for sure! I would think they would be the same as a tudor rear, with a shorter channel holding the glass. That way the slide back feature will work the same.

  17. inside.jpg The image is with the front to the right of image. Small yellow dot is the stop in the channel. As you can see, I need new ones. Any measurements, let me know?

They look just like the tudor, front and rear (different stop pin on gear to limit how far they roll down). The glass channels are different size, this book list all the dimension for glass channels for the different models.

Just a fyi, the regulators are the same as 35 to 40 rears, opposite side because handle placement. Mounting screw size is different also but still mount fine.

Guys while your at it ,does any one have the length dimension of the window opening on the 34 Vick? Thanks in advance..

  20. The opening on the outside is 27" at its widest, from the inside with garnish molding and channel off, it is 28-3/16" wide. (sheet metal at front and wood framing at rear)
