I picked up a banjo steering wheel out of a '39 Deluxe over the weekend

Be sure to practice your steering wheel repair so you are an expert for when you do mine.

Today I finished blasting the dash. I started to clean all of the rust off of the body. I still have to do one quarter and the whole inside.

Seeing your skills I think you could handle building one from scratch

I think he just wanted to get out of there. I made sure to get that in the pictures so dad knows how its going to be when I work on his cars.

  15. What does the school cost and how do they charge for the consumables or do you purchase your own?

It is $6300 per 3 month course. Welding is charged by the foot and all other consumables you have to supply. Chassis class is the best class. The teacher is a great guy and you will have fun in his class. I highly recomend the chassis class.

It is very easy to go to work in the morining when there is a '33, '34' and a '35 Ford 3 window. We also have a '34 5-window in the shop now and who could forget the Model A roadster on a deuce frame.

Today I drilled the spot welds out on the back window surround and took it out. This will make it easier to fix the surround and to take dents out of the roof. But most importantly it will make it easier when I chop the car some day. I forgot to take pics.
