I haven't checked your thread in awhile, it is looking great! A great job on the dash, rounding the glove box to match made it top notch.

Gene started to pick and file the upper part of the quarter. Its looking better now. I fixed the sheet metal around the striker where it was wore down. I fixed the rust in the the door jamb. I also took the female dovetail out and fixed it and put it back in.

Today I fixed all of the bullet holes in the inner door panel and a crack. I also replaced the lower corner of the inner panel. I cleaned the inside of the door skin. I pick and filed the upper part of the door. Gene helped me out with shrinking the lower part of the door with the shrink disc. I replaced the lower foot of the inner structure but the picture turned out bad of the finished product. I now have the patch panel ready to go on.

I welded the door patch on today. It is roughed out now but still needs some straightening.

I built the bottom of the inner door last night and tonight I pick and filed for a couple of hours. I welded the handle plate back in and painted the inside of the skin and inner panel. I got the inner screwed back in. Tomorrow I will weld the inner back in and gap the door and it will be done.

This is one of the finest builds, work and documentation that I have seen. Outstanding work. I had a 35 5 window once upon a time , wish I had it back.............Keep up the great work and posts.

I straightened the beltline area tonight. I am done with the body on this side other than straightening the roof. I am going to start on the drivers side tomorrow night
