I put the rest of the gas pedal assembly in tonight. The throttle knob on the dash works now. I made a small louver and welded it into the dash for the defroster vent

I picked up a better hood for the car. It will save me a lot of straightening on the other one. Haven't worked on the car much lately due to heat

Haven't had much time to work on the car lately. I have been working overtime and I'm in the middle of buying a house. Since I have nothing new to show you guys on my car here are some pics of some of the cars I have been working on the last couple months. The 32 is fellow Hamb member Rustyrocket's car. I Fit the hood, grille, running boards and fenders on it. The roadster is Rustyrocket's dad's car. I lowered the front crossmember and mounted the grille and headlights. I also shortend the front shock mounts and made some rear shock mounts. I changed the steering shaft from a splined to a tappered to put the 40 steering wheel on. The 33 I fit the fenders, running boards, tailpan, bumpers, hood and grille. I also mounted seats and radiator

Hey Tom, I built the headers from a 36 driveshaft and a bunch of u bends. Kell the wonder kid tiged them up and fabbed the dumps under the headers. Now he better get on your fender skirts!

Oh, sorry Tim, I knew he did something with the headers. :) " Kell the wonder kid" ha ha.

I'll be glad when his girlfriend moves down there, that should keep his testosterone level more even. ;) Not so many highs and lows.

Kellan and his girl friend spent Sat night at my place this weekend. He's suffering from what happens to a lot of us. He works all day ( been putting in lots of overtime ) on customers cars and when the day is done doesn’t have what it takes to work on his.

I'm not surprised. He was burning the candle on both ends, hot and heavy, for quite a while. Plus.........the girlfriend changed priorities, I'm sure. :D
