Technical 354 hemi pilot bearing

Hey guys, just looking for a little clarification.
Does a 354 hemi need the crank drilled out over size to fit a a833 pilot bearing?
The hole in the crank right now is 3/4 and that's the same I'd of the a833 pilot bearing. And the OD od the pilot bearing is 15/16, or I can get a 1".
Am i missing something?
