354 torque settings help needed

can anyone tell me the crank ,rods ,head torque settings for my 354
i purchased the hemi engine manual and they arent in it. PISS POOR
i expected more from an expensive book.

also i know the oil spitters face the cam on the rods but they are numbered
should they go in any particular order.

i would appreciate any ***istance

 

According to Hot Heads head bolts 80-85 lbs, rod bolts 45-50 lbs, mains 80-85 lbs.
