So what are you cutting up to make your roadster? The frames are all the same. And which year do you want to know for 35-36 or 37?

The front doors on a 37 4dr sedan are 35" wide, the rear doors are 281/2" at the top and 22" at the bottom due to the wheel well.

if i go through with it i will be cutting up a 37/38 coupe...i think its a 38 cause it has trim.....ive got 3 ideas...#1 chop it as a coupe and roll the roof into the deck like a 39-40...#2 get longer doors and make it a 3 window...would involve lengthening the deck a little i think to make it not look funny...#3 cut it off move the door jam back to fit longer doors...roll the whole edge like a 36 roadster and do a duvall style windsheild and a carson top...all plans would involve a 4 inch section(cut off the bottom) and it i leave it a coupe i want to pie cut across the deck to remove that hump that they have in them...also move and mold the rear fenders inline with the body line...i guess pretty much like that red one that was in hotrod in 52 i think...but not a kink in the roof like that and a stock 37 front end on it

i hope that explains it...it all makes sence in my head...so the reason im looking for dimensions is so i can go out and visually figure out which set-up would look best

    thanks

are you looking for total length? I think the only area of difference is the doors, my dad has a '37/38 coupe and a '37 humpback, lemme know where you want me to put the tape and ill get the numbers for you.
