I bought this pickup a couple of months ago. The big problem is the wood in the cab for the door hinges.
Looking for some Ideas (pics) to replace the wood with steel.

  2. NAPCO, I've had a 36 since 79 and am replacing my wood for the second time. The latest wood kit I bought came from K-C manufacturing out of north carolina ( I think ) . BUT , my buddy did his brother in laws 36 in all steel and it turned out great . I was going to go that route but I decieded to try a quality wood kit instead . It seems to be working out ok. I'll PM you if I think of anything else. mike

Small square tubing. Light gauge sheet metal too. The tubing does not have to be large like the wood it replace's.

1" square tubing, just frame the body out... you'll also have something to attach panels to for your interior.
