    Thanks,
Oddly enough, I have purchased a number of body parts for this car out of the State of Maine.

That is looking really good! I love to see transformation. Not trying to thread jack or anything, but if you or anyone else knows where there is a '36 coupe rear fender and or decklid I would be forever in your debt. They are really the last body peices I need. Then I can start my own build thread. Again killer work!

Today's progress...cut one 1936 ford coupe in half.
I am keeping the solid rear section to graft to the cowl and floors in previous pictures and donating the rusty floor and subrails to fellow HAMB'r "heyitsnate" so Nate can use it for a template on his 36 coupe build.

Sorry carlos. A mustang 2 will not drive any better than a properly built and balanced straight axle setup, especially using bias ply tires. Im not bagging on your choice of suspension, just saying.

Great start so far! Have you given any thought to the length of the cad motor in the engine bay? Those caddy's are a tight fit. Plenty of ways around it. Just wondering what you had in mind? My 331 barely fits in my 36 and that's with an elec fan (boooo!). I pieced together a 3w a few years ago with a 35 truck firewall for the cad that I wish I repeated on this one. (Maybe an off season do-over?) Good luck, and I'll be watching!

Son you aint tellin me nothin you be cool:Daint my first rodeo had a 32 roadster with a moredrop still hit a pot hole hard enough to bust the lense in my head lite:D but my 40 with MII cruz 85 and enjoy the ride not dodging every dip.I did have a 56 big window with drop axle and reversed spring and power steering that rode really good

I have given it much thought, but unfortunately cannot seem to find any 35 or 36s to reference that have cad 331-390s. I also do not have the front sheet metal, so I have been winging it so far. While on vacation last week, I managed to horse trade for an original 36 radiator that has been re-cored, so I will have a better idea of how it will fit when I mock everything up.
