Technical 36 ford inside windshield molding

    1936 ford 5 window coupe, I only noticed this problem after the car was complete and it shows up like a sore thumb, there are cutouts in front of both window hinges on the inside moldings and they look factory, do I have the wrong molding? I can't seem to post a picture

    It would help to post a picture, but the cut outs are probably for clearance for the windshield hinges, if your windshield moldings look like mine...

    Yup that's what I have, those cutouts really look lousy from outside the car though

    I threw a pair of those on ebay a few years ago for $25 pr. … got $235 for them... who knew ?
