Any of you guys have any pics of inside the quarter panels of a 36 Ford 5 window? I have one that someone started to put a floor, lower quarter panels in. I need to fab the pieces but both side were cut out. Any pics would greatly help!

The sub rails obviously extend further back, but they spot weld face to face with the stepped bead on the lower portion of the quarter leaving a flange at the bottom. Make sure to put a drain hole at the front and rear of the trough that is created when extending the rocker panel/subrail area for drainage. Once the rocker sub rail is extended to the quarter and welded in, there is a 90* piece of Sheetmetal that extends from the B pillar to the seat riser on a sedan or back to the wheel well on a coupe that is there to support an interior panel. If you don't put that there there is nothing to support the panel at the floor edge. This is the rocker and floor replacement on my 39 but the 35 though 40 bodys are very similar in this area if not exactly the same. Pictures arnt the greatest but you get the idea.

Here’s a couple of shots E294FC98-597D-4670-802E-695265FE0438.jpeg D3675DD1-B733-4160-93DF-3E1AFA3041F0.jpeg of my 39 drivers side quarter looking rearward. Not sure if they’re the same as a 36, though.
