Hot Rods 37/38 Chevy Gasser project.

    This is a Gasser, but Im not worried about being "traditional" or not. Ive already lost that title by putting disc brakes on it....lol..

    I really like what you did there! My problem is with this being a one piece fiberglass item, Im afraid that if I cut out a piece big enough to install any kind of original looking grill, I will loose the integrity of the front cap. I like the grill on the Willys that Johnny99 posted. Could possibly do something like that but vertical and the length of the front grill area.

    Making progress slow but sure. Got the shifter installed and started playing around with grill ideas. I trimed out a piece of sheet metal for starts. I may buy a dimple die and just put 2 1/2" or 3" hole in the fiberglass and then match the holes in the sheet metal but dimple died for a little more rigidity and a better look. 20221205_123106.jpg 20221205_123114.jpg 20221205_123059.jpg 20221128_165955.jpg

    Save all your cut out pieces. Remember it's fiberglass & easy to repair, change, or glue back in the cut-outs!
