Technical 37-38 vs 39 inner windshield garnish

    not sure what car your asking about but on my 37 ford the windshield cranks out and on my 40 ford sedan its stationary therefore the garnish mldg appear different.

    Oh sorry about that!.. It's a 37' Chevy car, I'm missing mine but I now have a 39' garnish on hand but it has to be shipped so I can not try it on the car.
    It look the same in photos but I can't find any info in catalogs..

    Windshield glass is 5/8" taller in 39 so I would bet that would apply to the garnish also. There are differences in defroster ducting too if that is a concern.

    Ok, so if it's only the height i can cut it and weld it back together. I know there are two vent ducts vs one in the 37' but thats no problem..

    I have a good used 37-8 Chevy windshield garnish but due to size it would be expensive to ship.If interested PM. DS
