How does one go about getting these off the spindle? I don't want to damage it hitting it with anything if there's another way of getting them off. The outer race and drums came off no problem... Is the inner one swaged on the spindle or something, or is mine just really stuck?

It is really stuck. Safetywise, replace it. Bust the bearing race with a chisel and put on a new one.

Probably just stuck..BUT there's a worst case scenario, too.
Try to tap something behind it to move it off, after squirting everything with penetrating oil, without nicking the actual spindle, which could create a potential failure point. Clean and examine the affected area of spindle--probably this was just stuck in petrified grease, but it might have spun without lube and welded itself to spindle. If there is evidence of galling or heat damage, or pits from spot welds, give that spindle to someone you dislike and look for another.
