I'm ready to start the project. I'm changing a 2tudor humpback sedan into a slantback sedan because I have great slantback fenders and decklid and poor humpback parts. Both tailpans are bad. My questions to the expierenced is: will it be better to cut the back section off each auto just below the body seam or seperate the bottom from the roof section at the seam? How is the seam bonded? I suspect spot welds but I don't know for sure. Thanks in advance,

    Dave

anytime a person can replace a body panel at the factory seams that is the way to go in my book.
