Anyone got defroster vents in a 38-47? What do they look like? I see the indents in my dash cover that are about 6" wide, but from there, I got nothing... I found these listed as 1940 pickup... [IMG]

These universal Vintage air models look like they might be about right...

Skier , I think I may have some of those plastic vents . My 99 yo father in law died and won’t be home till next Wenesday. If you haven’t found any I’ll search through my junk . Defrost? Too cold to ski I guess . Blue

Thanks Blue! Sorry to hear about your FIL, never easy at any age. 99 is one hell of a run.

Pulled the boat, but haven't pickled it yet. Reconfiguring the console area and adding actual heater and defrost (...and yes, AC) vents.

The ones that go straight down are the closest to my 39 Ford pu . Will need you to pm me the address ,I cannot find the one I had . Do you need vent hose ? May have some more but the shop is 38 and just turned on the heat . Blue

I think the first set with the right angled outlets will work best for me, Blue. I have plenty of real estate front to back at the attachment area, but I'm limited how far down I can go by the instrument cluster and the future glove box. Thanks very much!
