I want to put a 39 trans in my 35 ford pick up.
My question is do i just bolt on the 35 trans mount
or do i have to do more to it to get it to fit ?
    Thanks

The only parts that are different art the shift tower location hole and the rear transmission mount. To install a 39 floor shift trans in your 35 PU requires you to remove the 39 tail shaft retainer mount and replace it with the retainer plate, collar and rear trans mount from a 1935. If you have a stock 35 trans just unbolt the rear retainer and you have all the parts. While you have the 35 stuff apart check the condition of the rubber rear engine mount if its spongy now is the time to replace it.
