Hot Rods 39 ford door glass install

I'm trying to install the right side door gl*** in my '39 two door sedan. Can anyone tell me if it's advisable to install the front roller in the front channel or start with the rear channel? The left one went in really quick but I've fought the right side for several hours. Gotta' be a way. Thanks in advance, Rod

I remember having quite a time just taking the gl*** out of my 39 doors but I couldn't remember how I did it and soon I must put it back in. So rather than just commiserate with you I did a little search on the internet and found this advise.
